Terms of Lease

- Deliver-A-Bowl maintains no liability for any damage caused by improper use of hookah or negligence on the part of lessee.
- Lessee assumes responsibility for any and all damage to hookah and related equipment while hookah is under the lease. Lessee will be charged for any damage to hookah up to and including replacement. Charges will be added to credit card on file.
- Lessee is responsible for ensuring that all use of hookah is conducted in a legal manner according to any relevant housing laws and agreements.
- Hookah may not be used for smoking any illegal substances including but not limited to marijuana. Any signs of illegal substances will result in additional charges to the credit card on file up to and including full replacement.
-Hookah must be returned according to lease on time. Late returns will be charged for an additional rental period
-Deliver-A-Bowl maintains right to add additional charges based on violations of rental agreement without prior notice.

Minor Compliance

By using the Site, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors under the age of 18 may not use this site. Deliver-A-Bowl will not sell tobacco or tobacco related products to anyone under the age of 18. By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase cigarettes. It is illegal to misrepresent your age. Deliver-A-Bowl cannot be held responsible for minors purchasing tobacco or tobacco related products illegally.

Surgeon General Warning

Ordering

Placing your order with Deliver-A-Bowl constitutes an offer, which Deliver-A-Bowl reserves the right to reject or approve at its discretion. No contract will arise until Deliver-A-Bowl has accepted your offer by approving your order.
